All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by RoundTown.

APPLICABLE LAWS / JURISDICTION

You agree that the laws of the State of Oregon, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms of Use. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of the State of Oregon, Umatilla County. We control and operate this site from our offices in Pendleton, Oregon.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
